לא חובה להדפיס, אבל אני הדפסתי.

זה מה שכתוב במייל: You will find your e-ticket(s) for the Anne Frank House in the attachment. You can have the barcode on your entry ticket scanned at the museum entrance on your smartphone or tablet, or of course you can print out your ticket. 

The tickets are only valid for the date and time you have selected. Expired tickets cannot be used for another date or timeslot.
