Primary: 3 doses: 0, 1-3 months; give third dose 5-12 months after dose 2

Booster: Give first booster dose 3 years after third primary dose and then give subsequent boosters (1 dose) as follows:

• Every 5 years thereafter for persons aged < 50 years who remain at risk
• Every 3 years thereafter for persons aged ≥ 50 years who remain at risk

Duration of protection beyond 5 years has not been fully established.
