אני מדברת איתך על לפני 3 שנים (לצערי), קארקאס מסוכנת, עדיף לא להסתובב בשעות הערב בחוץ- ז''א אחרי 9 בערב. לגבי שאר המדינה, היא לא מסוכנת אפשר לטייל בכייף ולא בפחד, גם עם שיחות שלנו עם אנשים מקומיים הם אמרו לנו שרק קארקאס מסוכנת. ונצואלה מדינה מדהימה וכיי
