What is a reasonable time we will need between the flights?2

We are getting to Santiago around noon and looking to catch a flight to Puerto Montt same day.

Same thing on the way back - leaving Santiago in the afternoon, but hoping to catch an earlier flight same day to Santiago from the south.

 Also, any recommendations if we have a few hours or a night to spend between flights? s
