been travelling for some months in Brazil and after carnaval I wanna take a flight to Manaus and heard going to Belem (which is on the way to Recife - my next place I want to get to) - Is BEAUTIFUL!

did anyone here did that before?

I´m a girl and travelling alone.. haven´t been to the north yet so I have no idea of how much touristic or safe it is..

If anyone has any tips or stories - I´d love to hear and learn!
