שכרנו רכב ליותר משבוע. שילמנו מראש וסוכם שנשלם את העמלה של one way fee בסך 100 + מע"מ כשנחזיר את הרכב. היינו אמורים לשלם משהו כמו 115, ולפתע נדהמנו לגלות שחויבנו בסך 158.

The one-way fee is quoted as €100.00 EUR + VAT on your Auto Europe voucher.  The location surcharge for the rental itself is included in your
prepaid Auto Europe rate, but the "Your rental excludes" section of your voucher explains that the
location surcharge of 23.5% due to be applied to any locally billed items.  This is also advised in
the terms and conditions on our website at the time of booking.  In this case, the location
surcharge applied to the vehicle license fee and one-way fee.

Please note that we have opened a Customer Service file.  A query will be sent to EuropCar to dispute the vehicle license fee charge of €11.38 EUR (including location surcharge and VAT), as this charge was included in your prepaid Auto
Europe rate.  As soon as we receive their response, we will contact you directly via email.
