Please note that it is at the discretion of the competent authorities to determine the timings of the notification and transmission of the fine.  As stated in the Rental Agreement, we will charge you a reasonable administration fee to cover the cost of notifying the Competent Authorities. For more details concerning the traffic offence fine, please contact the Competent Authorities once you have received the original copy of the penalty notification at your address.
