As you the dates you have mentioned are not too much differ from each other
But as per the climate changes in India: March - November Days remains almost hot in both of dates with a change of approx 25-35 Degree in days Night: Climate change matters in Night. March - November it will be of 19-26 degree in nights. Mid July to mid September will be humid due to rainy season in India, but in my view its the best time to visit Rajasthan as all the forts & temples will be naturally cleaned by rain and natural beautywill be on peak, but Humid weather afraid me.
If you are travelling: In March to August so Half sleev shirt/T-shirt will work In September to November so Full sleev shirt/T-shirt will work as the climate change period was there from Rainy to Winter, but no need of woolen.
Good weather will be pleasent there to enjoy, In Rajasthan you may feel it bit extra hot as there are many forts to visit & extra walking/steep walking will be there.
Feel free to visit India, Every moment enriches the natural beauty of Indian destinations. if we take an example of Kashmir: in Summer Colorful Tulips will be there & in winters Snow makes Kashmir Heavan.
Mid August to mid March will remains the best time to visit Rajasthan due to winter, April May - Hot, June July & mid August - Humid & Rainy
