בשבוע לפני הטיסה הייתי מצונן מאוד, לקראת הנחיתה הרגשתי כי מעל העין קרוב לאף היו לי כאבים חזקים מאוד. לקחתי כדור לסינוסיטיס ומשהו טבעי שיפתח לי את האף. למשך יומיים יש לי ליכה שמרגישה שמגיעה מהאיזור העליון של הפנים וכאשר אני יורד אותה היא יוצאת עם דם. אין לי שיעולים, הדם (לתחושתי) לא מגיע מן הגרון. הייתי בטרק בגובה של מעל 3000 מטרים אבל באותו יום של הטיפוס ישנתי בגובה מתחת ל2000 מטרים.
