אנחנו טסים בעוד שבועיים לתאילנד ואני עוד מתלבטת לגבי המסלול. קוראת על שמורת khao yai והיא נראית מיוחדת וחוויתית, מישהו היה ויכול לחוות דעה? והאם בכלל מתאים לחודש ספטמבר?
כרגע השיקול הוא בין Khao Yai לבין קנצ׳נבורי…

Overall Khao Yai National Park Travel Experience by Season
Spring (March through May)
Humidity and temperatures combine to make this season feel very warm. Highs range from 99.1°F (37.3°C) and 95.8°F (35.4°C) with similar temperatures in the later months. Rain is somewhat common with 3 to 10 days of significant precipitation per month. Spring is the slowest for tourism, which makes it a good time for those looking for deals.
Summer (June through August)
The middle-year months have very comfortable weather with high temperatures that are quite warm. These months see the most precipitation with 14 to 17 days of precipitation per month. June – August is the second busiest season for tourism in Khao Yai National Park, so lodging and other accommodations may cost slightly more.
Fall (September through November)
Fall daily highs range from 92.9°F (33.8°C) and 90.5°F (32.5°C), which will feel very nice given the humidity and wind. It rains or snows a significant amount: 2 to 17 days per month. Tourism is fairly slow during these months due to the weather, so hotels may be lower priced.
Winter (December through February)
Weather is perfect this time of year in Khao Yai National Park to be enjoyable for warm weather travelers. The average high during this season is between 96.4°F (35.8°C) and 90°F (32.2°C). תודה. מבחינת מזא נקווה לטוב, באתר שלהם רושמים שניתן לטייל (וזו עונה רטובה בכל תאילנד כל שגם ככה מחזיקים אצבעות לטוב...).
מה לגבי השמורה עצמה? מעניינת/ יפה/ שווה את השקעת הזמן והנסיעה? באמת רואים בעח (ברור שאין הבטחה אבל סיכויים גבוהים? או שרק על הנייר מדברים על זה ובפועל בדרכ מפספסים...).

אנחנו טיילנו לבד ומבחינת בע"ח ראינו צבאים, לטאות כח, קופים ומיני ציפורים ואת מטס העטלפים.

עשיתי טיול מאורגן ליום וחצי
בחצי יום הראשון הולכים לראות את העטלפים – מחזה מרהיב של מליוני עטלפים היוצאים לציד עם רדת החשיכה.
ביום השני – טיול לראות גיבונים, פילים החיים בחופשי, מפלים יפים – בסה”כ שמורה מקסימה
