Dear Runners,
On behalf of the Ladakh Marathon Team, I would like to thank each and every one of you for making the 5th Edition of Ladakh Marathon such a huge success. Without all your support, this event would not have been possible.
From a little over 4000 participants last year, we had close to 5000 participants this year.
We are pleased that 52 runners out of 72 completed the Khardungla Challenge(5370m) the world's highest ultra marathon within the cut off time. There were also more non local participants this year. We have also got a very positive feedback from the participants for preponing the date to 10th September . This enabled us to give full attention to the runners of this Ultra Race.
As we are still a very young marathon, we would appreciate any feedback to make the 6th Edition of Ladakh Marathon an even better and bigger event.
We apologise for the delay in publishing the timings which is due to the slow & poor internet connectivity. The timings team flew to Delhi today and the timings should be up by the end of the day.
There will also be a delay in the photographs for the very same reason and we hope that you will all bear with us .
