hi!

we are 2 girls that want to do the course of open water - .

we are thinking to go from bangkok to kao tao. we have a "limited budget.

we have few qustions:

1. how we can come from bangkok to this island?

2. is there any option to go from kao tao to ko phangan?

3. we were looking for a diving couse in the island. do you know about a good place ? we heard about ban's- is it good for "limited budget"?

4. do we need to book in advence the diving course and the acommadion over there? if we want to in about 13-20/2?

or to book only the first night and to see there?

5. can you recoomened us a good and not so expencive place to sleep ) and if it can include a couse it will be even better)

1. the are few ways to get to koh tao or by flight or by bus and boat.

(i think bus and boat is more recommended for you)

2.you can get with every boat from Koh Tao to Koh Phangan have 3 companies that do this:

LOMPRAYAH

SONGSERM
SEATRAN

3. Bans is Great and the most recommended, the price for the course is about same in all the schools there.

4. when you book the course you get a basic accommodation for free (cold water and fan no A/C) but you have the option to upgrade for a very cheap price (about 600 baht for 2 person).

better book this in advance so you wont have availability problems .

5. sleep in bans they have a great resort and they give special price for the students, like i said before.
