[Sri Lanka] A nice beach north of Colombo?

Hey, no hebrew here...

 

We're looking for a nice beach to stay for a day, between Colombo and  (north of Colombo) Chilaw.

 

We've been to Hikkaduwa and Mirissa, and we liked Mirissa much better. Less commercial and crowdy, looks better. We enjoyed the tourists more as well.

So hopefully that will give you a nice idea of our taste..

 

We like to surf a bit (not all day), chill on the beach, we enjoy nice people but also to enjoy quiet moments.
