הסתבכתי קצת בזמן הזמנת כרטיסים באתר אייר אסיה. מנסה לסגור כרטיסים מצאנג מאי לפוקט ולא הצלחתי להבין האם אני אמורה להוסיף תשלום נוסף למזוודה? אשמח לקצת פרטים שיעזרו לי לסגור טיסה באופן עצמאי באינטרנט.
