קשמיר באוקטובר + זום..

אהלן, מתכננים להגיע בסוף ספטמבר ל- לה ומשם להמשיך לקשמיר. אנחנו נצא מ- לה על אופנוע לכיוון קשמיר ומשם לדרמסאלה. אנחנו עם ניסיון בהודו ועם ניסיון באופנועים בהודו. אבל אפס ניסיון לגבי קשמיר [מודע לאזהרת המסע].
1. מזג האוויר בסוף ספטמבר בלה ומזג האוויר באוקטובר בקשמיר?
אני יודע, שלא ניתן לחזות על המעלה, במיוחד בתקופתנו. אבל מי שהיה ומכיר ויכול לתת הערכה. יצא לי להיות במהלך ספטמבר בלה והיה לי מזג אוויר מצוין. אני תוהה מה קורה באזור אוקטובר בקשמיר
2. עולם הזום וקשמיר.. אני יודע שבעבר האינטרנט היה מאוד איטי שם. השאלה אם מישהו ביקר שם לאחרונה ויודע מה המצב כיום ואם ניתן לערוך שם פגישות עבודה באופן יעיל בזום
3. מה לגבי אופציה של שימוש באינטרנט דרך הטלפון. ראיתי לאחרונה הודעה של המשטרה בקשמיר שמבקשים לא לתת לזרים להשתמש בוויי פיי.. השאלה אם אעשה סים לאזור שם [הסים שקונים בדלהי לא מתאים לקשמיר, חשבתי לקנות סים בלה], אוכל לגלוש דרך הנייד/הוט ספוט למחשב ולעשות זום. יש למישהו ניסיון בכך, מישהו שהיה שם לאחרונה?
4. הערכה של מספר ימים נסיעה מלה-קשמיר-דהרמסלה?
הערכה ללא עצירות, אנחנו בטוח נעצור ונספוג את האזור, אבל אנחנו מנסים להבין, אם בערך נוסעים כ- 4 שעות ביום למשל, בכמה ימים מדובר/או שעות?

נסעתי בוואן בסוף ספטמבר 2019 מלה לזנסקאר דרך קרגיל. הערכה שלי שבקצב שאתה מדבר עליו זה יקח לך 4 ימים. באתר שצירפתי כתוב שזה מינימום יומיים. לא קר ביום בסוף ספטמבר בלה ואפילו לא בתחילת אוקטובר אבל העיירה נסגרת וראינו הרבה הרבה פחות תיירים מאשר בביקור הראשון שהיה ביולי 2017. בתחילת אוקטובר ממש מרגישים תכונה של הסתגרות לקראת החורף. אני עברתי בנסיעה את הפאס ברלצ׳ה לה בשן ועיין ב6 לאוקטובר והוא נסגר באותו יום. אני מבין שגם הדרך לסרינגר נסגרת כל שנה בפאס אחר אבל יותר לכיוון נובמבר. בלילה מאוד מאוד מאוד קר. לגבי העניינים הפוליטיים הווי פי וענייני סימים יש פה בטח אחרים שמבינים יותר

Regarding Zoom meetings: you can use the wifi/internet within the hotel provided by the respective hotels, as due to security reasons the prepaid sim cards not works in Kashmir region. prepaid sims are available only for Kashmir residents.
Internet with Postpaid connectivity in Kashmir: you have to avail a postpaid connection, It can be arranged either by your travel agent or you can purchase the postpaid sim from Airport. Postpaid connection will take approx 4 hours to 72 hours to activate.

- Can I buy a SIM card and use it in Kashmir?
- I intend to stop on the way until I reach Srinagar. The question is whether also on the way, in the villages on the way there is SIM reception?
- I don't intend to sleep in hotels, guesthouses, I assume there will be Wi-Fi there as well, the question is whether it will be enough to have a Zoom call, because it is different from just surfing on a cell phone

You to have to purchase Postpaid Sim from Delhi/Mumbai/Amritsar Airport on arrival and at the time of departure you have to return at Airport. For activation it will take 4-72 hours, apart from Airport you will not be able to buy the postpaid sim due to security reasons or your respective travel agent will arrange the postpaid sim for you, With Postpaid sim you can use all the services in every part of india.
On the way from Ladakh to Kashmir: almost all enroute villages have network connectivity, All hotels have wifi connectivity. but while travelling you will not be able to use Zoom Calls. due to hills and security reasons.
While roaming in Kashmir you can use the internet for Zoom Calls with postpaid sim but you have to be in any village or town..not while travelling on hills
If you buy the prepaid sim from Ladakh so that will works in Kashmir.
Purchasing prepaid sim for foreigner will might be hectic but it can be done with the help of local shopkeeper.

Usually Visiting Kashmir is 100% SAFE, But we request you to please get in touch with Indian Embassy located in Israel and let them know that you are planning to visit Kashmir, so as per their advisory plan accordingly.
Basically, you have to mind your own business while travelling , please do not interfere in other local resident's matter (its the universal rule to travel in any part of world), rest is good to travel, don't take tension, feel free to travel Kashmir
